Complete Processing Flow:
1) Raw Material Feeding:
Put the aluminum profile/heat sink raw material into the feeding rack, and the machine will automatically feed the material. Raw material in, finished workpiece out.
2) Program Setting:
Import the CAD drawing via USB, set processing parameters, and the system will automatically generate the processing program without manual G-code writing.
3) One-Clamping Single-Side two drillings and two tappings Processing :
The machine clamps the raw material firmly, and the independent spindles complete drilling, tapping and cutting on the top and two side surfaces synchronously.
4) Finished Product Output:
After processing, the finished product is automatically output, and the next batch of raw materials is fed in for continuous processing.
