Q1: What machining solutions can we provide for aluminum alloy heat sinks?
Our integrated drilling, tapping and cutting machine supports one-stop machining for aluminum alloy heat sinks, including milling, drilling, tapping, cutting, chamfering, slotting and deburring, single-sided processing, two-sided procesing,three-sided processing, five sided processing etc.
Q2: What processes can those machines complete?
It completes drilling, tapping and cutting in one‑time clamping. Three‑side spindles work simultaneously. One machine replaces multiple traditional machines(drilling machine, tapping machine,cutting machine and polishing machine), output finished heat‑sink parts directly.
Q3: Is it only capable of machining aluminum heat sinks? Can it process other materials?
Optimized for aluminum heat sink profiles. It works for aluminum & copper, not for heavy‑cutting thick stainless steel.
Q4: What is full servo control, and what are its advantages?
Full servo drive ensures low noise, stable positioning, consistent dimension during mass production.
Q5: What is the repeat positioning accuracy of the machine?
Repetitive positioning accuracy ±0.05mm, guarantee consistent holes & threads for mass production of heat sinks, lower reject rate. Ideal for mass production of heat sinks.
Q6:What is the cycle time per workpiece?
Cycle time depends on hole quantity & profile size. Normally 3-5 s per drilling+tapping for medium‑small heat sinks. Save over 70% processing time vs traditional way. One operator can manage several machines.
Q7: How about the burrs after processing? Does secondary finishing need to be done?
Minimal burrs on cutting surfaces under optimized parameters.Most standard aluminum heat sinks can skip post polishing. For workpieces with complex structures, thin walls or special processes, simple air blowing cleaning may be sufficient without extra polishing.
Q8: What’s the maximum size of heat sink profile those machines can process?
Our existing machines HC-YT7020-3 can process max size width 200mm * Height 90mm, Please send your drawing / sample for confirmation of your profile size.
Q9: Need professional CNC operators? Any G-code programming?
No complex G-code required. Touch screen graphic operation, input parameters or import drawing via USB. Ordinary workers can operate after short training.
Q10: Is machine setup complicated when switching between different heat sink models?
Changeover between different heat sink models is quick and simple. Machining parameters can be saved and recalled directly. Only minor fixture adjustments are needed without reprogramming, enabling flexible production of various products.
Q11: Do you provide fixtures? Are new fixtures required for different heat sinks?
We will evaluate the fixture solution based on samples or drawings provided by customers.
Standard fixture included for common heat sink profiles. Custom fixture is needed for special cross section profiles, please offer drawing or sample.
Q12: Can we send samples to you for machine testing?
Sample testing is supported. Send your heat sink samples and machining specifications, and we will run trials and supply machining videos & finished part photos.
Q13:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Q14: What information should we supply for you to work out an accurate proposal before purchase?
Please provide: heaT sink drawing and sample photo; max profile dimension; hole & tap specification; monthly production capacity requirement.
Q15: What is the lead time?
10‑30 working days for standard machine; longer lead‑time for special configuration.
Q16: How long is the machine warranty period?
One-year warranty for the complete machine, Wear parts and damage caused by human error are not covered under warranty.lifelong technical support and spare parts supply.
Q17: How can we get technical support if the machine breaks down?
Online remote support via WhatsApp / Skype / Email. Complete operation manual & tutorial videos supplied. Wearing‑parts can be delivered.
Q18: What’s your payment term?
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
