We have an in-house engineering team and assembly workshop, supporting customized machinery and dedicated fixture development. Customers can provide drawings or samples for process evaluation and trial machining. We supply machining videos and finished samples for verification.

Our machines adopt full servo control with positioning accuracy ±0.05 mm. Optimized cutting parameters achieve minimal burrs on cutting surfaces; most workpieces require no secondary polishing. Featuring an intuitive visual operation system, no G-code programming or senior CNC operators are needed, helping clients cut labor costs and realize flexible production for various heat sink models.

Our equipment serves domestic markets as well as Southeast Asia, South America, Europe and other regions. Every machine undergoes strict factory testing, and relevant compliance documents such as CE can be provided. The complete machine enjoys a 1-year warranty. We offer remote video troubleshooting and on-site engineer service when required. Original spare parts are available long-term. Consumable wear parts and damage caused by improper operation are excluded from free warranty.
